This week we’re bringing you some yoga to improve your concentration. This is perfect for you if you want to improve your ability to focus and stay present, at work or at home. We’ve also concocted a green smoothie recipe to help boost your brain power!

Roll out your mat and join Verity in this Vinyasa-style flow:

Here’s that smoothie recipe:

1 kiwifruit
2 handfuls of kale
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon organic honey

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor, blend until smooth and enjoy!
